Hello from Sheraton Hotel, 52nd Street

Just had a business lunch at Bobby Flay's Bar Americain on 52nd Street. More details later. For now, suffice it to say that I had a buttery filet mignon sandwich and to finish, bourbon praline profiterole. But I wandered over here because I need a quiet place to do a phone interview for an article I'm writing. This Sheraton lobby looks good, and even has a nice internet lounge. Sure beats the times I've balanced my notepad on tiny, awkward payphone shelves at the Plaza Hotel and the Port Authority, scribbling furiously while standing.

Then, bus back to Montclair.

Oh, did I mention that yesterday was a very hard day? That's one reason why I was so happy to hop on the bus, Gus, and motor into my beloved New York.

But I'll be back home in time to be regular me by dinner.

Sending love and energy from the land of plenty.
