Rambling Self-Help [RaSH]

1. I am a work in progress.
2. Every sentence, every detour, every disappointment does not have to be punctuated with chocolate.
3. Rainbow chard is pretty and healthful--Mother Nature is a talented fashion designer.
4. Tomorrow is another day.
5. Teenagers can be wonderful and annoying.

It occurs to me that RaSH will be a good acronym for this, because the reasons we need self-help are prickly matters, like rashes. You know, drinking too much, overeating, gambling, cheating ourselves or others in big ways--things that can gnaw at our souls.
