- Walked Sug around block once.
- Made broccoli-mushroom quiche with half whole-grain flour in the crust and Cabot reduced-fat Cheddar in the filling. Using 50 percent whole-grain flour and 50 percent white flour makes a really tasty crust, though a bit harder to roll out for me.
- Threw out some chocolate cupcakes lurking in freezer.

Hi Alice,thank God for heating can you imagine a century ago trying to keep warm.Last night it was so windy and cold put on my heavy robe and slippers at 8pm.I guess we can be thankful for our warm homes.
