Learning to Walk without My [Sugar] Cane

Again, day 1. Cutting out sugar. Had apple for breakfast, unpeeled, chopped, sprinkled with cinnamon and steamed in microwave for 3 minutes. Spooned over 3 heaping tablespoons Ciobani Greek Vanilla Yogurt [which did contain a little cane juice] and topped with sea-salted almonds.

My friend gave me the apple breakfast idea. Grateful for that grace note.

So far, so good. I see my lifeboat coming down the river.
