Move Over, Sugar--Tomatoes Coming in

Boot camp toast to dear Patsy & Andy--he's moving to Boulder, Colorado tomorrow for a new job--Pats & kids move out May 1. My heart is in my sneakers bc Pats is dear friend and fitness idol and the whole family is a gift. They've lived next-door for 17 years and I've been going to Patsy's boot camp for 6+ years, ever since she launched it.

Day 6 no sugar. Made tomato tart instead of some sweet treat. Also went to boot camp and walked home from grocery store, Lilly Pulitzer tote slung over my shoulder.

    Hi Lin and Kim....Pats is irreplaceable but she is handing boot camp baton on to a trainer friend of hers, Gary...she speaks highly of him....thanks for liking tart. love, alice
