Taxi-ing on the Runway

Just kidding...we're driving....in my friend Anne's car. But we're both scurrying around in order to leave town for a few days...our husbands are staying behind/working....our older kids are in college now! But we used to make this school break journey with them...now it's with the younger girls...

• Sunscreen. Check.
• Books. It would take weeks to finish them all. Check.
• My two favorite books about Cape Cod. Check.
• Beach towel. Check.
• Dog food. Check.
• Rxs. Check.
• Bills written, stamped and in mailbox for postal carrier to carry. Check.
• Panic, worry, stress. Trying to leave that behind.

I can't wait to drive by the cranberry bogs.
