Good Night, Sleep Tight

  1. Hot tea for my cold.
  2. Worked hard.
  3. Private Benjamin appt. I didn't feel like going, but it was helpful re. writer's block and negative self-talk.
  4. Longish walk.
  5. Ate healthy, until the Halloween candy entered our life. Even though we left it all in the car trunk, I absconded with 6 pieces when I went to park the car tonight. I'm pondering starting a clean sugar slate on Sunday--without going crazy between now and then.
  6. Lots of ice water.
