Lifestyle Change

I know I often say I wish I could write a longer post--right now, too. But I started the Whole Life Challenge Saturday and it's a big sea change. As in no cheese, bread, white flour, white sugar, chocolate and candy. If you do indulge, you take points off your daily score. But I loved my oatmeal with pecans, banana and splash of cream this morning. The kale-avocado-cacao smoothie not so much, but it sure was filling. Good night.

    1. Thanks, Lin, for your support! Yes, some of my friends did it last year and I didn't sign up, but this year, I joined them. It was so great seeing you and Joe at the family lunch. Love, Alice
