That's it, that's all. Rough afternoon and evening. Punchy bouncing off walls and acting wild, though fairly good on play date here. H. and I not seeing eye to eye on limits and discipline; that's the bane of my existence. Thankful that I was able to cling to these TCOY steps:
1. Support group in morning.
2. Nice iced coffee to go from Bluestone.
3. Nap.
4. Made carrot and butternut squash soup with fennel, sage and fleur de sel. The latter is my new best friend.
5. Short walk w Sug.
6. Good dental care.
7. And the big kahuna: Lavender bath with Dr. Teal.
