Day 6 Sugar War with Tumble 2

Sugar war is getting kind of sketchy. This should help:
Love this recipe book and roasted my beets today for the Red Velvet Cake smoothie, which contains no cake, frosting or sugar. [Trust me, I have baked a rich red velvet layer cake with fabulous frosting. But let's dismiss that for now.] The beets will make it beautiful, whirred with almond milk, pure cacao powder, some golden raisins and coconut water ice cubes.

I think I will have it for breakfast, with a piece of toast.

I think my skin will look better--beauty food.

  2. Hi Kim. About to post a photo. I couldn't find dried white mulberries (1/4 cup) and author says you can sub raisins. Next time I will leave golden raisins out bc they get stuck in straw, didn't get pureed. But I can't wait to keep trying these smoothies! Xo
