Making a healthy, satisfying dinner [chicken cutlets, broccoli, pasta w vodka sauce] helped me avoid mindlessly reaching for sugar, like the baggie of sugar-coated chocolate "pearls" Punch left on the kitchen table tonight. God bless, she took the small portion for snack the other day and still hasn't eaten them. I guess the pearls have been shuttled back and forth via backpack. She's the type who usually takes dainty bites from a cookie or cupcake and can never finish her ice cream cone or cup. As I said, God bless. That's not me!
I feel like I have already been a bit better at taking control of my life and being productive instead of existing in a spun sugar web.
Good night.
TCOY
1. Boot camp in park. Hit 10,000 steps on Fitbit tonight.
2. Going to bed early; plan to get up for 7 a.m. support group.
3. Planning to look into another source of support, too.
