The stop-on-red list includes all of these items that may cross my path:

3. Ice cream and shakes
4. Candy
5. Pastries
6. Donuts
7. Muffins
8. Puddings etc.
9. Sweetened coffee drinks
10. Brownies/bar cookies
11. All restaurant desserts except below
12. Chocolate
13. "Free" samples and tastes of treats and sweets at the supermarket
14. Granola bars/energy bars/nutrition bars
15. Yogurt- or chocolate-covered raisins, nuts, etc.

What I can have: berries, baked apple, oatmeal--any of those w cream--and unsweetened cocoa powder to add to blender smoothies. I think maybe also sugar-free rice pudding from the supermarket, but not sure yet. Will be cautious of sidestepping sweet treats and replacing them w unhealthy, salty snack foods.
And here I go again, out into the world.
