7 Sunday Steps in a Healthy Direction 

  1. Have been eating a bit wildly. Reined myself in. Started to write down what I eat in a notebook.
  2. Biked to Mass w Punch.
  3. Went to restorative yoga class at 12:45 p.m. Felt like a gift, wrapped up in yoga blankets and scented with essential oils.
  4. Drank lots of ice water. And, Dan made a healthy stir-fry with tofu, broccoli, zucchini, carrots and mushrooms.
  5. Weeded the flower garden. Feels so good to deadhead the daisies, trim back the rhododendron, clip the dark, dry ferns--and expose the healthy green growth.
  6. Wore my new soft cotton Maggie's Organics wrap dress in lavender and marsala. I bought the black one up in Maine over July 4 trip and ordered two more color combinations on website.
  7. Nap.
