Hot Indian Summer, Cool Mystery Brownie

Car died at Moey’s tonight after our visit with Lulu. Moey drove me, Fig and Punch home. We just got car back from mechanic today but it’s on its last legs. Yikes. One good thing: needed new bras and got two lacy Wacoal beauties at Johari in Montclair, where the women measure and fit you, and keep your size in the computer. Took Figgy, too, and got her a little something. It was nice to have lunch with her and share a single outrageous vegan brownie, shown above, from Mundo Vegan. Today I also saw a tempting recipe on Food52 for vegan brownies made w silken tofu! Good night.
