Sadly, I don't have time to crunch the numbers for monthly categories including coffee, groceries, gifts, etc. It's after 4 and I'm on borrowed time until Punch gets back from camp and then dinner with her friends. Dan drove out to Long Island for work. I biked to town, and have a lot of work to do, article-wise and job hunt--plus reading some truly beautiful poetry by my friend [a published poet]. I’m honored. She will be submitting a collection.
And I’m hoping to do some reflective 12-step writing. So easy to NOT fit it in, but so helpful when I do. Perhaps fitting in the writing helps me fit into my skirts? A question for the ages.
July was a good month for financial fitness. Even hough we did spend $$$ for camp this week, Punchy was at her Mimi's for 14 days. That brought down our Frappuccino, grocery and entertainment bills in Montclair, for sure--not to mention camp, child care and pool. ;)
