Day 8, Sugarless

I still love a glass of cold milk or a small mango fruit bowl from Joyist, made without added/refined sugar. They contain natural sugars and taste quite sweet and treatlike.

TCOY
  1. Morning support group; talked to friends after.
  2. Small mango fruit bowl w kiwi and blueberries.
  3. Walked Sug around block.
  4. Got comfortable walking shoes; my foot has been hurting and I hope this helps.
  5. Reading Born a Crime by Trevor Noah. Like it a lot. Fast-paced, candid, vivid, funny.
  6. Got more tealight candles at hardware store. Candles glowing=TCOY.
  7. Other healtjful foods today: overnight oats, almond butter, last peach from Dan’s tree, banana, lettuce, tomato, good rye bread, roasted red pepper, grilled chicken, a little pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, Grape-Nuts for bedtime snack. Will try to add more ice water and cut back on coffee. Also allowed myself some very good Hu dark chocolate w almond butter in it. Made without refined sugar.
Tired. $ catch-up tomorrow.
