An ongoing quest for the meaning of life. Does true happiness exist in a Tory Burch turquoise-trimmed sheath, a MarieBelle Dark Chocolate Croquette bar, a rose garden, a rocky Maine beach, a daughter's eyes, an inky star-sprinkled sky, hours of computer keystrokes that tell a story--or all of the above?
Poor Alice - let me guess, school looming and now assignments forgotten are recalled. Weekend hectic with getting ready for workweek as well as Christmas. and there is nastiness. Been there, done that. Sending you patience and strength, and humor. This too will pass!

Hi Liz...something like that...but more like Punch acting out so much that I was so upset I couldn't get myself to take bath, do makeup, put on pretty dress and heels and go to lovely annual neighborhood party. So neither did Dan.And neither did the many fresh berries he bought, for me to serve in a crystal bowl with whipped cream. Oh well, I cannot change yesterday, only today. This morning, Dan and I went to parent/teacher checkin at P's school and they said she is doing great. Thanks for winging the patience and strength my way. Love Alice
