So nice at Mimi’s house on the pond. Missed baking, decorating and eating Christmas cookies this season, can’t lie. And the mocha stevia-sweetened cheesecake I made was a bust. Should have stuck with crystal bowl of raspberries. Oh well.
Figgy made really good, rich vegan brownies with vanilla frosting and candy cane crush. And a nice pan of roasted cauliflower.

PS many, many eating mistakes were made. Skipped exercise with headcold, then leaned into sluggishness. Yikes.
