It was becoming quite a habit. Even though it was 72 percent cacao or more--lower in sugar--I ate more of it than I should have.
For today, my snack choices are plain yogurt with fruit or nuts; cashews; or Grape-nuts cereal with organic whole milk and a splash of half and half.
And now that Vesta Chocolate is in town, with that dark, dark super chic cupful made with oat milk, yikes. I hereby pledge to switch to their carefully crafted lattes. I can do that!

- Since I got valentine cookie to give Punch tonight, stopped at Starbucks in Port Authority and got Dan and Figgy each a pack of Justin's Dark Chocolate PB Cups, $4.90.
