Punch at friend’s for a sleepover tonight. Grateful. Last night, I was at ice rink w her til after 11.

Figgy treated me to a Vesta dark hot chocolate--she gave me a glittery birthday coupon entitling me to one. Loved it, and going with her.

$ MONEY SPENT OUT OF POCKET

• Kings, large container raw baby spinach, small log Vermont Creamery blueberry, lemon & thyme chevre. It was my turn to bring salad to book group, so I piled the tender leaves on a pretty platter from Cape Cod and topped them with toasted pecans [pulled out of freezer, toasted on stove top] and the crumbled goat cheese. It kinda tasted dessert-y. Good. Total, with two bananas, $12.60.
