Pretty Day

1. My favorite Saturday morning support group. I got there early to unlock the old church door and set up, and that felt good, to support others, too. [Responsibility to set up rotates among members.]
2. Dan and I raked and that also felt good.
3. Spaghetti squash, sweet potato, salmon, tomato, golden figs--not all at once and not in that order.
4. Talked to my friend Sarah--and Sis, and Patsy, and Moey.
5. I seem to be more lucid and have more clarity and calm without sugar blurring my vision.

• ShopRite, dried golden figs, frozen green beans, loaf of local French bread, half-pound butter, small bag Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies [on sale] for Punch and two friends who were here tonight, whole-wheat English muffins, Friendship whipped cottage cheese, Triscuits and pack of five leaf bags, $25.50.
