Carb-Loading & Craving Dark Chocolate

I’ve been averting my eyes from chocolate for weeks or even months now. But as the stress mounts, I crave it more. The Ritter bars at the cash register. The Easter bunny treats. And emails yesterday and today from the best of the best--Lake Champlain Chocolates; MarieBelle; and La Maison du Chocolat.

One day at a time. In all honesty, even though Moey laughed when I told her, and I laughed with her, a bowl of Grape-nuts with whole milk and half and half is satisfying when chocolate is off the table. Good night.

TCOY

  1. Put on dress, tights, Tory Burch wedges.
  2. Nap after "teaching."
  3. Nice walk to brook with Dan and Sug.
  4. Tacos.
  5. Talked to Sis and Moey.

  1. Hey, Alice, craving the sweets myself, and much harder to resist being at home so much. I am with you in spirit! The Y emailed teachers that they cannot organize exercise outside, so am about to walk on treadmill. I hope it is not so noisy that I cannot hear audiobook. Reading very Interesting biography of head of French spy network in WW2, Madame Fourcade’s Secret War. She was only 30! Amazing.
