Too Much Mascarpone

TCOY
  1. Walked to Iris Gardens with Dan and Sug before dinner.
  2. Walked around block with Figgy after dinner.
  3. Homemade pasta sauce, quick and tasty--taught Fig how to make it.
  4. Healthy foods: salad, tomato sauce, raspberries.
  5. Doing my best to listen and be present.
FOOD
  • From last night, I had more than the small bowl of Grape-nuts at bedtime. Add 140-cal snack bag of Smart Puffs, glass of milk w Nesquik, some raspberry jam. I was free-range hunting in the fridge, or whatever you want to call it.....
TODAY
  • Two coffees w whole milk.
  • Thai chopped salad.
  • 1/2 small coal-oven pizza from freezer. Added pesto on top.
  • KETO coffee ice cream, half-cup.
  • Special K snack bar.
  • Gnocchi w red sauce.
  • Feta cheese.
  • Mascarpone [that rich, creamy Italian cheese used in tiramisu] with fresh raspberries. Served in wedding china cup. Too much of the cream cheese. Better not buy again.
  • Glass of whole milk.
Will track money tomorrow. Too tired. Good night.
