- Walked to Iris Gardens with Dan and Sug before dinner.
- Walked around block with Figgy after dinner.
- Homemade pasta sauce, quick and tasty--taught Fig how to make it.
- Healthy foods: salad, tomato sauce, raspberries.
- Doing my best to listen and be present.
- From last night, I had more than the small bowl of Grape-nuts at bedtime. Add 140-cal snack bag of Smart Puffs, glass of milk w Nesquik, some raspberry jam. I was free-range hunting in the fridge, or whatever you want to call it.....
- Two coffees w whole milk.
- Thai chopped salad.
- 1/2 small coal-oven pizza from freezer. Added pesto on top.
- KETO coffee ice cream, half-cup.
- Special K snack bar.
- Gnocchi w red sauce.
- Feta cheese.
- Mascarpone [that rich, creamy Italian cheese used in tiramisu] with fresh raspberries. Served in wedding china cup. Too much of the cream cheese. Better not buy again.
- Glass of whole milk.
Will track money tomorrow. Too tired. Good night.
