Truth & Fiction

We went to a farm today--an hour’s drive from here. It was great to see it, and to see our friends, Nina and Jonathan, who run it.

Skipper loves when she visits, and runs free to see the animals, the space, the bakehouse, the farm dogs.

I’m going to post some photos on Instagram. But what they will not show is the hardship--the legal guardian (not me this time around) who can’t see true struggle manifested as ornery behavior on a long Sunday car ride.  The behavior itself. The pain of weathering it all.

I’m going to take a late bath.

Good night.

  1. It is so hard to rise above and be understanding when someone you work hard for is pushing your buttons. But great to see you leading with the positive, glad you had a good visit.
