• Hardworking Dan, who does the bulk of our grocery shopping, tries mightily to grow pumpkins and peaches, writes a lot.

• My parents’ wedding china. I never knew all those years when they took it out for holidays and special dinners that it would one day be mine/ours. We have a much more limited wedding china set. The set Anne and John had includes a pretty gilded serving platter; a vegetable bowl; soup bowls; even gravy boat with matching dish to catch drips.
• Haircut appointment tomorrow.
• My friend Celia passing my name along for a possible writing project.
• Not getting up to eat at night for 9 nights, going on 10 tonight.
