Sis and I love roast lamb for Easter, and so did Dad--Sug works herself up into a frenzy to get a little and soon flops contentedly on her side, exhausted from the richness she's not accustomed to. [H. is a vegetarian, so we always have another main course, too.]
And every year when I'm shopping, I see the tower of mandatory mint jelly, all green and festive and odd in its own right, and think I have to get another jar. I've ended up with a few at once.
But now I remembered to check before I leave, and there it is, on the bottom shelf of the fridge. I brought it back from the condo when we moved back in November.
Crossed that jar right off my list :) More money for tulips.
Happy Easter Saturday.

Joey and I like lamb and mint jelly, too; my husband and daughter do not. But your post reminded me that I would like to make roast lamb one day soon and Joe and Lori can just eat hot dogs. We're having ham tomorrow – with my mom and all of Judi's family, etc. Have a happy Easter! Love, Lin
