Moey and Ted took us out to dinner to celebrate H.'s book [Smarter]. They had been trying for a while, but our schedules didn't mesh. H. got to choose where, so he picked Upstairs on Valley Road. Excellent scallops, and so nice catching up with our friends. Grateful to celebrate happy occasions, since God knows we all have our share of trying times [sorry to be such an Eeyore].

4. Found times for Weight Watchers meetings in Montclair tomorrow. I must turn the tide.
