These athletes are amazing. That's our leader Patsy Manning, bottom row, fourth from left, next to Gary, who is teaching our class now. Those are the dreaded steps they make us run and jump up. They make us do push-ups and dips on those green bars.

This was taken right before we had a lovely farewell brunch for Pats before she headed to the Colorado mountains.

1. Boot camp in the park. Lunges and laughter.
2. Got a new iPhone charger at Verizon store. Mine stopped working last night. Can't live without your iPhone once you get used to it.
3. Planted Morning Glory seeds with Figgy today when she was home midday. She likes Morning Glories.
4. Steamed asparagus and made raspberry crisp from a new Fine Cooking recipe. It called for strawberries and rhubarb, individual ramekins, more sugar. I cut back sugar a lot and piled it in one pretty white pie dish. We all loved it.
