A Day at the Farm

It's been a busy weekend, since H. did a lot of the organizing for his hippie high school reunion. It ended with him, Simon, Dan F. and Gary playing songs on their guitars by the light of a kerosene lamp, with everyone singing along.

It was a beautiful day at Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse in Milford, NJ. Free schooler Jonathan White [pictured above] runs the farm with his wife, Nina. 

Good night--after grass-fed burgers [literally local], farmhouse pickles, Bakehouse breads, freshly made butter and award-winning cheeses. Plus lots of hugs.

Praying hard for some people.

Punchy, Jonathan and Noah collected eggs, still warm.
