I bought this hot pink cookbook as a valentine to myself, It contains recipes that are compliant with the Whole Life Challenge. Tonight I made the chocolate cupcakes, raw treats that contain pureed dates, ground hazelnuts and pecans, a ripe avocado, ground coffee, deep dark unsweetened cocoa powder and more. I was supposed to add a little carob powder but couldn't find at store.
They are not too bad, pretty good, even. I think I would like them ice-cold from freezer with an ice-cold glass of milk. Punch sniffed one at bedtime and said it's a brownie!
I'm proud of the healthy changes I'm making.
