Holy Saturday

Daffs from our garden, crystal vase from my parents' collection and necklace by O the Oprah Magazine for Talbots to benefit Dress for Success. Plan to wear tomorrow if it goes with my dress.

I didn't feel so great today but coming around now. I felt off-kilter and exhausted. 

House contains brightly dipped eggs, Easter jewelry, jelly beans and daffodils. 

I think Punch and I are both wearing our Lilly Pulitzer dresses--hers green, mine pink.

Good night. Regretful that once again I didn't do anything for Lent, such as give up chocolate. Forty days gone and no special sacrifices. 

TCOY

1. Walked to and from town to get hair blown out at salon. Topped 10,000 steps today.

2. Bubble bath.

3. Rest.

4. Raked to spruce up garden. H. pruned apple tree and put down mulch.

5. Having a cup of tea--steeped a sachet from Paris.
