But old habits are hard to break. Tonight, after delicious Thai restaurant dinner, Punch had a bowl of Thai mango ice cream. I didn't spoon into it. Loved my hot Thai tea with milk, sipped from pretty white china cup with scalloped saucer.
Then H. came back from grocery store w white Entenmann's box of Pop'ettes powdered donuts. I was about to open the box and then caught myself. Those are for Punch.
It's a wild, wild world out there.

2. Walked to and from town [50 minutes plus].
3. Just had local Five Acres Greek yogurt with walnuts and 1 T choc chips for snack.

Habits, cravings, emotional upset... All things that make me eat sweet things. I'm experimenting with the mindful pause before eating. I found it doesn't work for me when I'm tired. So I can't have the stuff in the house at all. So much easier when there isn't a very young person there who wants it! Hang in there-I think its worth the effort to get the cravings in control.
