An ongoing quest for the meaning of life. Does true happiness exist in a Tory Burch turquoise-trimmed sheath, a MarieBelle Dark Chocolate Croquette bar, a rose garden, a rocky Maine beach, a daughter's eyes, an inky star-sprinkled sky, hours of computer keystrokes that tell a story--or all of the above?
Back after reading Dan’s article, which was great. Succinct, informative, just enough background to the problem. States not wanting to be transparent about failures to protect children is an infuriating reason to prevent data collection. Thanks for the link!

Hi Liz. Bback on Dan's laptop, where I can --somehow, mysteriously--comment on blogs.Thank you for supporting our writing. I was so touched to see ASPIRE in your house! That New Yorker report is so good and so important, yet sad and chilling reality, too. Love Alice
