Wednesday: Fair to Middling

I've had better days, between life and Punch--and the view looks darker and feels heavier without my old friend, chocolate. I have been steering clear. Good night.

TCOY
  1. 8 AM yoga class.
  2. Short walk with Sug.
  3. Texted Sis.
  4. Made good coffee from freshly ground Equal Exchange beans.
  5. Black bean soup with creamy plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
  6. Kept my calm.
  7. Important session at Punchy's weekly therapy.
  8. Prayed. Pictured Mary, in blue robe, sitting near me and P during hard math study session.
  9. Scheduled my own Private Benjamin appointment for tomorrow and I also plan on 8 AM yoga again.
  10. Reviewed big spends, everything from cell phone bill and heating oil to groceries and child care.
P.S. IDK exactly why, but "The Martini" goop bath soak [last night] was very relaxing and left skin soft and fresh.
