These Monday records are late. I knew journaling food would be a huge time--and honesty--commitment, more so than MONEY, because food list is so scattered and rambling and long.
I did jot some of it during day yesterday while trying to manage home school.

- Walk with Sugar. Punch joined us later. Saw my neighbor, Liz, a pediatrician and single mom and it was good to connect with her.
- Talked to my sister. Could not talk to anyone in my circle, could not return calls, for several days. Darkness fell and self-pity not completely gone.
- Ordered my hair color formula and glaze from my salon. Picking it up tomorrow. Fig will apply it and Punch wants to help. I have a lot of gray.
- Had the small bowl Grape-Nuts Sunday nite 9:30 but also added too many walnuts and raisins eaten out of hand.
- Then I thought I went to sleep by about 10:30 but at 11:30 pm, I rose and walked back down to the kitchen and ate too many whole-grain Saltines with maybe 3 oz. finely shredded Cheddar? It was the only cheese we had, and we have it for tacos. Again, I was upset and worried. What am I doing? Overeating is not healthy. Being overweight is not healthy. Heart and lungs and brain have to work too hard.
- bkfast whole-wheat English muffin w butter and berry jam.
- snack 10? whole-grain Saltines with butter.
- home school lunch 2 lollipop lamb chops [Dan bought them for me and Punch].
- feta warmed on top of the lamb chops, very good.
- leftover sweet potato w butter.
- couple dried figs.
- 6 vegan mock "chicken" nuggets.
- 2 pieces Texas toast [from freezer/bake in toaster oven].
- Dan went grocery shopping and returned about 8 pm. We ate sharp Cheddar cheese and Ritz crackers for dinner, not too many, and leftover light mushroom soup from farmers' market and roasted beets, which were good. Fig and Punch had some Thai spring rolls Dan bought frozen.
- Dan bought a pint of ice cream, a flavor I don't even like, and in my shroud of self-pity and isolation, I ate 1/3 cup of it. Did you know Billy Joel has dealt with depression for decades?
- 1.5 glasses organic whole milk.
- couple more Ritz crackers.
- couple more dried figs.
- One individual Cozy Shack rice pudding [9 g added sugar].

- Ordered my hair color formula and glaze from 212 Salon and Day Spa. I have never colored my own hair. $60.
