- Ate healthful foods, including Ezekiel English muffin; Amy's organic soup, with shredded roast chicken stirred in; delicious steamed shrimp and mixed vegs with garlic and fresh ginger, brown rice (Chinese takeout).
- Excellent cup of coffee at home.
- Took short walk w Sug.
- Things got rough, very trying; spoke to my therapist. Wise and insightful. And I did not turn to sugar when the day got rocky and scary.
