Until Tomorrow

Good night.

TCOY
  1. Ate healthful foods, including Ezekiel English muffin; Amy's organic soup, with shredded roast chicken stirred in; delicious steamed shrimp and mixed vegs with garlic and fresh ginger, brown rice (Chinese takeout). 
  2. Excellent cup of coffee at home.
  3. Took short walk w Sug.
  4. Things got rough, very trying; spoke to my therapist. Wise and insightful. And I did not turn to sugar when the day got rocky and scary.
  5. Talked to my friend S.
