The Road Not Taken

Sis and I took a long noontime walk around Greenwich Point.
So pretty.
The road I'm on is still difficult. I hope and pray I can find the sure and steady way to walk it. The right way to keep my balance. Here are some words that describe this road: Scary lonely worrisome tricky dark rough rocky fruitless empty sad potholes boulders backslides hateful failure no soft shoulder. Just reading those words makes me think I should try to fit in a yoga class soon.  I hope I can turn my face to the sun. And I hope your road is better. I do. Good night.

TCOY
  1. Took a nice long rainy walk @ Greenwich Point with Sis--we talked and saw egrets, herons, seagulls, old Secret Seaside Garden with stone wall, lovely lilacs.
  2. Breathed in the beauty @ the Lilly Pulitzer store on Greenwich Avenue--Sis was kind enough to drive me there this afternoon.
  3. Big spinach salad with shrimp and avocado, which H. made for dinner.
  4. Walked to Iris Gardens with Sug.
  5. Lavender bubble bath.
  6. Realization that tomorrow is another day. Fresh start. Always another fresh start.
