The One-Two Prayer Punch

Peace and grace. At boot camp today, doing sit-ups while holding our 6-pound balls, it came to me. I prayed with each thrust forward of the ball, saying Bless Robin, diown up, Bless Carla, down up, Bless Steven, down up.....all names have been changed here, but you get the idea. It felt empowering to pray proactively while lifting a heavy ball and trying to tighten my abs. One two, please bless Daisy, three four, please bless Judd....
