1. I am such a flawed person; much room for improvement. There, I said it.

I can be impatient and very mean. Seeing one's faults is a step toward TCOY.

2. That afternoon dip in the pond with H., Punchy & Nik. The weather and the water were exquisite.

3. Mailed 3 pretty postcards from the Cape--to Sis & Don, Will & Kelly, Figgy.

4. Starting today [it's after midnight], I plan to sidestep sugar again.

5. Spending time with our friends Anne & Michael. Fun.
