It Was a Good Day

Such beautiful mild weather. I overslept, though--right through my alarm for 8 am yoga class. It was luxurious, since it was not my turn to get up at 6 with Punch.

I raked, then filled 3 tall leaf bags and hauled them to the curb. That felt good.

There's a cool women's website I want to write for and I pitched an idea to the smart, stylish editor. [We worked together on a staff years back.] Looks like I have an assignment.

Good night. I don't want to sleep through tomorrow's 8 am yoga class.

TCOY
  1. Talked to Sis. I'm getting a bit uncomfortable about this coronavirus. She is, as always, a reassuring voice. She told me to wash my hands for 20 seconds with soap and water.  Truthfully, though, that's too long. I wash my hands so many times a day!
  2. Walked Sug around the block.
  3. Veggie burger on wheat for lunch at home; taco on whole-grain tortilla for dinner at home. [Punch prepped and cooked a lot of dinner.]
  4. Bowl of crunchy Grape-nuts with organic whole milk for snack
