That one word sums it up. Pain and rough churning seas.
Though I did sit on a rock and watch the boats on the beautiful bay, hiding tears behind my Lilly sunglasses, and before that, did go to a stylin' winery in Lincolnville with Eileen, Mike, Fig, Taylor, Izzy and Kyle [the green grape clusters were hanging on the plants]. And I did see a striking sunset with Fig. Through hell and high water, nature never disappoints.
