Aerin Sandals? Make My Day!!!!!!!!

I know. The image is tiny but the style is huge.

Beyond myself with excitement. You know how I've gone on and on about Aerin Lauder, Estee's granddaughter, and how I love her style? [Just in case, here's the BLOG POST.] So I couldn't believe when my morning email brought one from Aerin.com titled Introducing Shoes: Pre-Order Now! Check THIS LINK to see. 

Years back, Aerin Lauder introduced a soft Lanvin ballet slipper @ Bergdorf Goodman. It was on the Beauty Level, near the Estée counter, but it was a couple hundred dollars or more, I think, and not for me.

But the new line is gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. And yes, I am the same person who blogged HERE about being on a no-frills budget starting January 17. And I have done well with that, proud to say.

As God is my witness, one day I will own a pair of these sandals. Don't know how or when. Maybe I will stash away $25 a week until I have enough. Even the product copy goes beyond the beyond, with statements about where to wear the shoes:  

• PERFECT TO PICK THE CHILDREN UP FROM SCHOOL [perforated ballet slipper] or  
• IDEAL FOR A TRIP TO THE BEACH [lovely T-strap sandal with silk flower]. 

Enjoy your day. I know I will enjoy mine. It got off to a rough "I'm such a mess" start but this has changed the tide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fashion as Rx.
