Garden State Parkway South to exit 82 in my friend Anne's zippy little silver-gray car. Girls' beach day with our Punch and Nikki. We splashed in the waves, basked in the sun, felt a cool breeze. Nice that you pay per car vs. per person for beach access--$6 per vehicle for Jersey residents.
I think our total sand time this afternoon was under 4 hours but we did so much in that time! Four hours on sand equals a day in ordinary life.
Good night. Setting alarm for 6 bc we're leaving for Maine and I still have to pack and clean up.
