| It was a beautiful day on the mountain when I dropped Punch off for horse camp. We gave her two days--today and tomorrow--as part of her Christmas gift. The hours are 9 to 2. |
- Left house in morning with laptop in car when I went to drop Punch at horse camp and go to boot camp, so I could work right after....writing and researching Anthony's book. Set up shop at Terra at the Isabel Rose Cafe at the Montclair Public Library...run by Grace, who is gracious and offers healthy food, excellent coffee, fair trade chocolate. Along with my laptop, took the tote full of Anthony notes, cards, clips....info he passed on to me when I signed on to write his life story. [I wrote in my workout clothes, with Burberry scarf to dress them up a bit.]
- Boot camp in the sunshine!
- Dropped off my aqua Lilly cashmere sweater for cleaning [Punch got spaghetti sauce on it somehow when I was wearing it] and my gray DVF wrap dress for cleaning and mending. Both at Moline Kronberg Dry Cleaners on Lorraine Avenue in Upper Montclair. Stephen Colbert goes there!
- Carefully shaped more of Anthony's story. The more I work on it, the more that is revealed--about him as a person and his life as a lesson.
- Warm shower with Jo Malone Body Wash Sis got me for Christmas.
- Did not nap, not a wink. About to go to bed early, though.

Lovely gift for Punchy and you both, to have her happy, busy, and tired.
ReplyDeleteGood for you for these early bedtimes. I love my sleep.
Hi Nan....Happy New Year, almost! Thank you for the note...yes, happy, busy and tired is good. Love, Alice
