Gratitude

Since H. had the car in Pittsburgh for work since Sunday night, I called on an old friend and a new friend to take Punchy to and from 5 p.m. soccer practice in the park. I'm grateful for their kindness.

1. Biked to and from Tonia's great gentle yoga class at 11:15.

2. Made smallish Newman's Own pizza w flaxseed crust for me and Punch. Served w a plate of sliced red pepper and ranch dressing.

3. Have been working hard, with CDs by Rosanne Cash or Bob Dylan on my laptop to keep me going.
