Saving Graces

I have so much room to grow. My eating was scattered and unhealthy today. Room to change! But to focus on the positive:
  1. Good music to work by on Spotify. Maybe even a little distracting though, since I'm still building my playlists. I think I will do Music to Write by.
  2. Reached out to an old friend to seek counsel.
  3. I went to Joe's 6 p.m. yoga class. Rigorous, but ended w. candlelight. All's well that ends well.
  4. Falafel on pita.
  5. Blowout by Kerri Lynn at Salon 212! Essential mood booster!!!!!
