Would Love to Write Long Here Now, But--

Only so many hours in the day. And if I want to wash my face, brush my teeth, floss, use Listerine and catch an episode of "Gilmore Girls" on Netflix, my treat, I have to move upstairs and away from this graceful antique wood desk!

  1. Joe's 8 a.m. restorative yoga class! I toyed with going back to sleep when alarm went off but I didn't, and I was very glad.
  2. Made sweet potato biscuits with my old metal biscuit cutter--no sugar, a little honey....Punchy loves sweet potatoes, so I figured she would love these, but--no. I froze them and can toast as needed for a good snack.
  3. Had some Lady Alice apple with freshly ground organic natural PB from Whole Foods and some broccoli today, too. Trying to crowd out sweets, but it is hard for me. Very hard.

  1. Me too, on the sugar. Not so many other carbohydrates for me, but I like my sweets. If only I could be trusted to allow one exquisite piece of dark chocolate enthrall and satisfy me, but no, I want the whole bar.
