One steamy hot day in July, I was a media guest at an exclusive spot on the Jersey Shore. Moey, my friend since kindergarten, went with me! [Far cry from our days in the play kitchen at age 5, or taking mandatory afternoon naps--though we did steal cat naps by the sea.] It was a delicious day and the more I think about the Niçoise Salad w Seared Tuna and the rooftop chaises with a rolling sea view, the more I miss them.
