Tall cup of peppermint tea....local grass-fed beef burger with avocado, blue cheese, hot sauce and fried onions. Figgy had the veggie burger she loves.
I walked on beautiful Belfast Rail Trail with my sister-in-law Sheila at 10:15 and then again with Dan and Figgy. Love it so much, that path by the water. Getting lost in thought and nature.
If you ever hit mid-coast Maine, go to this Belfast Co-op. I allowed myself to have one large, perfectly soft, perfectly spiced, buttery molasses cookie, baked in-house. The perfect molasses cookie. Not so long ago, I would have been sampling the fine dark chocolate and tender brownies, too. Progress. Now stop sweets again!

Enjoying my first issue of Aspire -photos are gorgeous! Fun looking for your name -spotted three times so far! Still hoarse with bronchitis but feeling better after day of rest and will NOT cancel hosting lunch with friends tomorrow, incl Peters sister. This is first Christmas in a30 years we didn’t spend with her. Hope drive finished safely.
